UP COMING EVENTS:
The Women's Group will be arranging for a fantastic night of professional entertainment in late April or early May...  "A NIGHT ON BROADWAY"...  More later once the date is finalized... The evening will consist of a dinner and show and will be a major fund-raiser for the year.  A donor has agreed to absorb the cost of the entertainment so St. James will benefit from all of the proceeds!

OUTREACH:
Dave Harrison informs us that St. Brigid's is in need of cereals or cash contributions. Your generosity would be especially appreciated.  We are also collecting personalhygiene items such as soap, shampoo, etc. These are very expensive to buy and would be a great benefit toparticipants at St. Brigid’s….  SylviaTrent has graciously accepted being our “point person” for this project.  Please bring items THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH.  …  And, think about “collecting” items when are visiting a hotel!!!

The sanctuary candle this week will burn brightly this week in memory of the great folk singer, Pete Seeger. May he rest in peace!  "Its the hammer of justice, its the bell of freedom, its the song about the love between my brothers and my sisters, all over this land."

Special Thanks to Mother Rosemary for celebrating the Holy Eucharist last Sunday and for baptizing LORENZO DANIEL & AMELIA GRACE MUNOZ.  It was a truly beautiful ceremony and the parents wanted to thank the entire Parish for our support!
