The Women’s Group has met and discussed what they will be providing for the Fair. They still need people to provide the following items to help with the food on Friday night: Plastic serving trays, 4 oz plastic cocktail glasses, cocktail napkins & plates, hors d’oeuvres, pepperoni & cheese plate, cream puffs, éclairs. Also, we still need scratch-off lottery tickets for the fair. Please let Robin McKeever at [email protected] know if you will be providing any of the above items. The Women’s Group will be meeting on Sept 8 and 15 at 7:15 pm to finalize everything. Please don’t forget to distribute the St. James Fair letters to your neighbors, and remind them that every little bit helps. No donation is too big or too small! We can still use some moveable shelving for this and future Fairs, if you have some to donate. Moving boxes, copier paper boxes with lids, and brown paper grocery bags are needed too. |
